It is the Nothing Phone (1) which is the only smartphone that has a see-through panel on the back and is equipped with a Glyph Interface customized LED notification system providing you with light notifications for calls, messages, and also progress of charging among other things. Phone (1), released in July 2022, was the first smartphone by Nothing, a company founded by Carl Pei, one of the founders of OnePlus.
